RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.double-s.com.
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product
within 30 days of purchase for a prompt refund minus the shipping, handling and 20% restocking fee.
To return a product to www.double-s.com, please follow the instructions below.
- Contact us for a return authorization.
- Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
- Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
- All products must be returned in good condition, to insure credit.
- Enclose a COPY of the original packing slip with the product.
- Please keep the ORIGINAL for your records.
If you cannot locate your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the product(s).
Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase,
within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
SHIPPING
All orders placed on this Site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our shipping policy.
Double-S charges only the actual shipping cost for all orders over $15.00 (excluding tax).
A $5.00 "small order" handling charge is added for orders under $15.00 (excluding tax).
Available items from your order are shipped together whenever possible.
If one or more items from your order is unavailable at the time your order is received,
the available items will be shipped promptly.
You will be offered the opportunity to cancel the unavailable portion of your order or
to have it shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Shipping charges are the actual shipping cost for each shipment.
In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification of lost items via email and/or phone
within sixty (60) days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email. Report "lost" shipments by:
